Event Tickets Refund Policy

Strict legal protocols governing the purchase, transfer, and cancellation of all event and club tickets issued by Disclose Project.

1. Non-Refundability Doctrine

All ticket sales are strictly, universally, and irrevocably non-refundable and non-transferable. The Company shall not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges under ANY circumstances initiated by the buyer. This includes, but is expressly not limited to: personal scheduling conflicts, sudden illness (including COVID-19 or similar infectious diseases), accidental or duplicate purchases, failure to secure transportation/flights/accommodation, visa denials, or failure to attend the event for any conceivable reason.

2. Organizer Cancellation Protocol

Refunds will ONLY be authorized in the sole, exclusive event that the scheduled event is entirely canceled by the organizer prior to its commencement. If an event is merely postponed, rescheduled, or moved to a different venue within the same geographic region, tickets will remain valid for the new date/venue and absolutely no refunds will be issued unless expressly mandated by local consumer protection law. Line-up changes, artist cancellations, or alterations to the event program do not constitute an event cancellation and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

3. Force Majeure and Limitation of Liability

In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure—which includes but is not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, global pandemics, government mandates, riots, acts of terrorism, or civil unrest—the Company's liability is strictly and exclusively limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. The Company legally assumes zero liability for any secondary, tertiary, or consequential costs incurred by the attendee, such as non-refundable flights, hotels, ground transportation, or other travel expenses.

4. Anti-Scalping and Identification Verification

To combat ticket scalping and unauthorized secondary markets, tickets purchased for the purpose of reselling at a markup are subject to immediate invalidation without refund. Entry to the venue requires the ticket holder's name to flawlessly match a valid, physical government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID Card). Screenshots or photocopies of IDs will be rejected. Discrepancies between the ticket name and the ID will result in denied entry with no right to a refund.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

In the rare event of an authorized cancellation, the official refund process will automatically initiate. It is mandatory for customers to allow a processing window of one to two weeks (7 to 14 business days) for the funds to be successfully routed from our payment gateway back to the original method of payment. Expedited refunds are not possible.
