// Step-by-Step Detailed Merchandise Flow

Browse & Analyze Products

Navigate to the SHOP page to view our curated selection of merchandise. Many of our items are limited-edition drops and will not be restocked once sold out.

  • Click on a product to view high-resolution images and read the material composition.
  • CRITICAL: Check the Size Chart provided. We do not accept returns or refunds if you order the wrong size.

Select Size & Add to Cart

Once you are confident in your choice, select your size and click the 'ADD TO CART' button.

  • Adding an item to your cart does NOT reserve the stock. The item is only yours once the payment is completed.
  • You can continue shopping for more items, or click the Cart icon at the top right to review your order.

Checkout & Precision Shipping Details

Click 'Checkout' to proceed to the shipping form. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on your destination.

  • Fill in your full name, active phone number, and complete address.
  • Be extremely specific: Include Street Name, House Number, RT/RW, District (Kecamatan), City, and Postal Code.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, you will have to pay the shipping fee again for a redelivery.

Payment Processing

Select your preferred payment method. You will be securely redirected to Midtrans to finalize the transaction.

  • You have a strict time limit (usually 15-30 minutes) to pay before your order is automatically canceled.
  • Supported methods include Virtual Accounts, Credit Cards, GoPay, and QRIS.

Tracking & Unboxing

Once paid, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Our team takes 1 to 3 business days to pack your items.

  • Tracking Number: As soon as the package is handed to the courier (e.g., JNE/Sicepat), you will receive a second email containing your tracking number (Resi).
  • Unboxing Video: When you receive the package, you MUST record a continuous unboxing video without cuts. This video is the only accepted proof if the item is missing or defective from the factory.
