Purchase Policy: Tickets

// Legal Framework for Event Admissions

Article 1: Digital Instrument (E-Ticket) Issuance & Delivery

All admissions authorized by Disclose are strictly bound to digital instruments (E-Tickets). Upon absolute clearance and authorization of funds by the prevailing Payment Gateway, the proprietary algorithm shall autonomously generate a cryptographically unique barcode/QR cipher.

This digital instrument is electronically dispatched in perpetuity to the email address furnished by the Purchaser at checkout. The legal onus of entering a valid, accessible, and grammatically correct email address falls squarely on the Purchaser. Disclose explicitly negates any and all liability for delivery failures rooted in typographical errors or external mailbox filtration algorithms.

Article 2: Jurisdictional Boundaries of Payment Gateways

To enforce a zero-trust security model, the entirety of the monetary exchange bypasses Disclose's infrastructure and is governed by licensed third-party Payment Gateways (e.g., Midtrans). Disclose acts merely as the beneficiary receiving the binary confirmation of transaction completion.

CRITICAL LEGAL STIPULATION: Any logistical friction, encompassing protracted bank clearing periods, application timeouts on the payment provider's nexus, or phantom deductions, resides entirely outside the legal jurisdiction of Disclose. Purchasers mandate that any litigation, arbitration, or claims regarding missing funds untethered to successful ticket generation shall be levied against the pertinent banking institution or Payment Gateway, not Disclose.

Article 3: Strict Identity Verification & Anti-Scalping Doctrine

E-Tickets are strictly non-transferable juridical assets bound irrevocably to the biographical nomenclature (Full Name and Government ID Number) submitted during the checkout genesis. Admittance to the venue is conditionally predicated upon the presentation of the E-Ticket concurrently with a valid, physical state-issued identification document matching the ticket manifest identically.

Disclose enacts a draconian, zero-tolerance injunction against ticket scalping. The unauthorized liquidation or secondary market trading of Disclose instruments is a material breach of this contract. Tickets identified in unauthorized aftermarket exchanges will be unilaterally nullified without financial recourse or refund, and the offending parties shall face perpetual bans from all future Disclose ventures.
