Guide: How to Buy Tickets
// Step-by-Step Detailed Purchasing Flow
1
Select Your Event
Navigate to the EVENTS page from the top menu to view our full roster of upcoming shows. When you find an event you want to attend, click on its poster to enter the detailed event page.
- Carefully read the event description, artist lineup, and schedule.
- Pay attention to age restrictions (e.g., Strictly 18+). You will be denied entry if you do not meet the age requirement.
- Check the venue location and date to ensure you can attend.
2
Choose Category & Quantity
Events typically offer multiple ticket tiers (e.g., Early Bird, Presale, General Admission, VIP). Each tier has different pricing and perks.
- Select the category you want and set the quantity. Note that there is usually a maximum limit of 4 tickets per transaction.
- Prices shown usually exclude government taxes (e.g., PB1) and platform ticketing fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
3
Verify Identity & Email (Crucial Step)
This is the most important step. Disclose operates a strict anti-scalping policy, meaning tickets are non-transferable.
WARNING / PERINGATAN:
- Your Input Name MUST MATCH EXACTLY with your physical Government ID (KTP/Passport/SIM). If the name does not match, you will be denied entry.
- Double-check your Email Address. The E-Ticket barcode is sent EXCLUSIVELY to this email. A typo in your email means your ticket is lost.
4
Secure Payment Gateway
After confirming your details, you will be redirected to our secure third-party payment gateway (Midtrans).
- Time Limit: You typically have 15 to 30 minutes to complete the payment before the session expires and the ticket is released back to the public.
- Available Methods: Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, etc.), Credit/Debit Card, GoPay, QRIS, and ShopeePay.
- Do not close the browser window until you see the 'Payment Successful' screen.
5
Receive E-Ticket & Venue Rules
Once payment is verified, the system will instantly generate your digital ticket.
- Check your email Inbox (and Spam/Promotions folder) for the official E-Ticket containing a unique QR Code.
- Never post a picture of your QR Code on social media; someone else could steal it and enter the venue before you.
- On the day of the event, arrive early and bring your PHYSICAL Government ID (KTP/Passport) along with the E-Ticket on your phone.
